Team policy

Admins can invite and remove members, change roles and see the audit log. Members can see who is on the team. Billing managers see invoices and seats but cannot change roles.

Invitations expire after 14 days. A pending invitation uses a seat until it expires or is revoked.

Removing someone ends their sessions at once. Their projects stay with the team and move to the admin who removed them.

Every change on this page is written to the audit log with the person who made it and the time.

Single sign-on, if your company uses it, decides who can sign in. This page decides what they can do once they are in.

Seats are counted per person, not per device. Guests invited to a single project do not use a seat.

Role changes take effect on the next page load. Someone moved from Admin to Member keeps their open work but loses access to this page.

Ownership of the team can only move to another Admin. Make someone an Admin first, then transfer ownership from Billing.

Deleted teams are kept for 30 days. During that time an owner can restore the team and everyone in it.
